  • Enrollment Cancellation:
    You cancel your enrollment within 7 days of completing payment.
  • Technical Difficulties:
    If persistent technical issues prevent you from attending classes and our support team is unable to resolve them.
  • Unsatisfactory Experience:
    If you feel the teaching approach does not meet your expectations and inform us with valid reasons within the first 7 days of enrollment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is submitted after 7 days from the payment date.
  • The student discontinues classes after the refund eligibility period.
  • Classes are missed without prior notice or communication.
  • The student violates academy policies or displays inappropriate behavior.

  • Our team will carefully review your request within 3 to 5 working days.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Modification & Cancellation

  • If scheduling is the main concern, we recommend requesting a class reschedule instead of a refund.
  • To pause or cancel your subscription, please inform us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
